Just register and purchase calling time with your credit card online. Call the access number from any one of your registered phone numbers and you are ready to make calls.

How to REGISTER

1. Click on "New User" to register and save!
2. Enter your profile on our secured online registration form.
• Once you have completed your registration, an email confirmation of your account setup will be sent to you. This email will contain your pin number and promotional code, which you should keep for your record.
• Within the registration process, you will be asked to provide your credit card information (which is completely secure). Your credit card information is encrypted for maximum security. Our Customer Service representatives are not able to view your credit card information.
• Enter the amount you would like to start your account with.
3. Upon authorization of your credit card information, you will receive a purchase confirmation email.

LOG-IN and REGISTER YOUR PHONE NUMBERS:

1. Enter your email address and password.
2. Register the phone numbers where you will be making your calls from.

a. Go to “Dialing Setup” from the drop down menu and select “Phone Number Setup”. b. Enter the phone number(s) you wish to register and then click on “Add”.

b. Every time you make a call from one of your registered numbers our system will recognize and associate the number with your account.

RECHARGING:

1. While logged-in, select the amount you want to recharge to your account.
2. Click on the "RECHARGE NOW" button on your “PERSONAL PAGE”.
3. If you have earned enough points, you can recharge using your Bonus Points, instead of your credit card.
4. Auto Recharging: Once you have recharged your account several times, and “Auto Recharge” option will show on your Personal Page. Our system will automatically recharge your account with your selected dollar amount, once your balance goes below your selected minimum balance.

How to MAKE A PHONE CALL from your registered phone:

1. Choose your local access number, which is found on the “PERSONAL PAGE”.
   • Select the LANGUAGE desired.
   • Select a number in your local dialing area by selecting your STATE and CITY. If your local access number is not listed in the drop down menu, please select the nearest calling access number to make a call. To add your local access dialing number, please click on to "Access Number Request" menu on our home page. It will be added if possible.
2. Dial the number you want to call. If you are calling from one of your registered phone numbers dial the destination number:
   • For International calls: dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number, then press the # key.
   • For Domestic U.S. calls: dial the Area Code + Number (no need to dial 1 first), then press the # key. If you are not calling from your registered phone just dial the local access number and the system will ask you for your PIN (this number was sent to you in your “Thank You” email or can be found under “USER PROFILE / USER INFO”) . This is the only time you will have to enter a PIN, this is to ensure the security of your account. If traveling outside your registered calling area, please select a NEW local dialing access code for the City you are calling from, then use your PIN to make the call.

SPEED DIALING:

You can register your frequently called International destination number through our Speed Dial feature. Dialing this way is much faster. Go to “Dialing Setup” select “Speed Dial Setup” from the drop down menu and follow the steps. You can register up to up ninety-eight (98) speed dial numbers starting from 2 To 99. To make a call using your speed dial option from your registered phone, select the number(s) and the system will automatically dial for you! Refer a friend and earn REFERRAL BONUS POINTS:

1. Every time you recommend our services to your friends and family through our “Refer a Friend” section on your Personal Page, you will be rewarded with Referral Bonus Points once they register and start using our services.
2. Once your friends and family are registered your Promotional code will be added to their account.
3. When you recommend our services offline, don't forget to give them your promotional code, which was provided to you in your "Thank You" email. This will allow them to get discounted calls and you to earn Referral Bonus Points for your free calls.
